All Grab & Go items are first come, first served so plan to stop by after noon on Mondays or Wednesdays for the best selection. Below is the most current list of what is available. If you want to be sure something is on hand before coming in, please call our store phone at 515-218-2522

What types of meals can I expect to find?

Monday meals are extra copies of the previous week's menu so if you missed getting your pre-order in, never fear! We'll have extra copies on hand.

Tuesday & Wednesday meals are the most fun for us to make. These are smaller quantities of meals that are either pulled from our list of favorites or are meals that just aren't able to be made in a full- production fashion. Either way- they are always something fresh, new, and absolutely delicious!

You'll also find overnight oats, power snack boxes, mason jar salads, & other local goodies in our cooler.

full-size meals range from $29- $44     

half- size meals range from $20- $32

grab & go meals are 'as-is' and are not applicable for GF/DF modifications
